The foundation of my program is Mental Performance Coaching — helping athletes develop focus, resilience, confidence, and clarity under pressure. I offer both individual and group sessions dedicated to mental skills training, creating a space for athletes to strengthen their mindset and sharpen their competitive edge.
While mental performance is at the core, my services extend far beyond. I also offer one-on-one and group training in strength development, mobility, breathwork & mindulfness, and cognitive development (including ambidextrous skill work).
Whether you're preparing for a season, returning from injury, or simply seeking further education in body awareness and control, these sessions are tailored to help you train with purpose, build confidence, and elevate every aspect of your game.
