With over 20 years of experience in Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics, free weights, and systems like Weck Method and ATG, I tailor programs to meet each athlete’s unique needs. Whether it's developing explosive power or restoring balance through mobility and joint control, every session is designed to elevate how the athlete moves and performs.

Education is at the heart of our process. Athletes are taught proper technique, movement patterns, and key concepts like reciprocal inhibition, joint stacking, and neuromuscular coordination — empowering them to train smarter, not just harder. This knowledge builds self-awareness and ensures lasting results, both in training and in competition.
