Our Personalized Monthly Plans are designed to give athletes clear direction and consistent progression — physically, mentally, and cognitively. Each plan is fully customized based on your goals, training schedule, sport demands, and current level of development.

Whether you're in-season, off-season, recovering from injury, or preparing for the next level, we provide a tailored blueprint that supports your performance from every angle.  This isn’t a generic online program. Each plan is crafted with intention and detail — integrating physical training, movement development, and mental performance principles, all tailored to your unique schedule, needs, and aspirations.

 

You’ll receive:

Each 4-week plan is designed around your current phase — whether that’s in-season maintenance, off-season strength building, return-to-play rehab, or preparation for a major event or trial.

  • Custom Training Schedule

A weekly layout that balances strength, mobility, skill work, recovery, and cognitive focus — aligned with your life and sport calendar.

  • Progressive Strength & Movement Workouts

Sessions designed using strength training methods, mobility routine, functional training, all tailored to your experience and movement quality.

  • Mindfullness Integration

(If desired) Weekly mindset focus areas: breathing drills, visualization, focus resets, or confidence-building strategies based on your needs.

  • Cognitive Development Tools

(If desired) Ambidextrous handwriting, memory drills, or hand-eye coordination work rooted in Whole Brain Power and other methodologies.

  • Foundational Nutrition Guide

(If desired) A sport-specific nutrition overview to support energy, recovery, and focus — including hydration strategies, pre/post-training guidelines, and sample meals.

  •  Video Support & Demonstrations

Access to demos for proper technique and form (especially for strength and mobility work), so you can train safely and effectively on your own.

  • Optional Weekly Check-In

Quick feedback and adjustments based on progress, soreness, schedule changes, or feedback from games/practices.​
